ADULT DAY TRAINING: Provides training and supervision to program participants in work production. Positions include: DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS, MANAGERS AND DIRECTOR.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES: Teach residents the acquisition of independent living skills, provide resident supervision, and provide for resident's basic care needs. Positions include: DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS, SERVICE COORDINATORS MANAGERS, AND DIRECTOR.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT: Enable participants, through the acquisition & maintenance of appropriate skills, to work in stable, gainful employment. Positions include: SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST.

SUPPORTED LIVING: Enable participants, through the acquisition & maintenance of appropriate skills, to live in their own place of residence. Positions include: SUPPORTED LIVING SPECIALIST.

BEHAVIORAL SERVICES: Use applied behavior analysis to ensure the success of behavioral services with targeted individuals. Positions include: BEHAVIORAL ASSISTANTS and CABAs.

COMMUNITY INCLUSION: To enable participants to broaden their knowledge and skills of community based activities. Positions include: COMMUNITY INCLUSION SPECIALISTS

EARLY INTERVENTION: Provide comprehensive early intervention services to special needs infant and toddlers and their families. Child Care Services also provided. Positions include: TEACHER.

ADMINISTRATION: Ensure the operations and growth of the organization. Positions include: SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS, DEVELOPMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, FINANCE, AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
